Positives: Our bus driver was great...AL. He was a class act worked EXTRA hours. Went above and beyond.
The bus was beat up. The seats were uncomfortable, really they were just old and coming apart. I had to specifically ask for the restroom to be cleaned but it then had a heavy odor cleaning solution through out the back of the bus.

Picked us up on time. On the way home, we needed our driver to arrive an hour earlier, and he did without a problem. Good price, but busses are not new and don't look like the ones on the website. Would use again.

The bus on the picture is definitely NOT what I got. Kind of deceiving you ask me. But the service was Good for the Price! The staff is great too. Gonna use them again for Hershey Park This Year. Hopefully the bus looks like the nice one on the website.

After I paid a deposit and confirmed my mini-bus rental from NYC to Rockland County, the bus never showed up. As it was a Saturday, no one even answered my calls. When I followed up the next week, they claimed I had cancelled. Do not use them.
