Family Reunion trip to Detroit

My family and I chartered Empire Coach Line bus to travel to Detroit Mi. during the month of July. Our experience was excellent. The trip was long but plesant. The two bus drivers were very professional,courtesy, polite and they interacted very well with us. They kept us laughing, we felt safe and protected. I was very impressed with how patient they were with our seniors. They helped them on and off the bus. Over all we were very pleased with our experience.
I highly recommend this company to anyone. They are a great company and we have already shared with them that we want them for our next family reunion trip! Keep up the good work Empire!!

I am so glad I picked up the phone and called Empire Coachline!! I had the pleasure of talking to you, an HCMS alumni, and a wonderful experience with the buses. It was such a pleasure to have knowledgeable, polite bus drivers that made our day great. They were at HCMS early and back at the correct time to pick us up. Never was there a moment of worry about giving them directions or making sure we arrived across town on time. We will definitely be using Empire again!

We've used Empire many times over the last few years. Whether it is 20 buses for 5 days or 2 for just a few hours, the Empire crew is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. We have had some pretty crazy last minute requests and somehow Eddie and his team are able make it happen.

For the past 3 years I have used Empire Bus. My groups consist mostly of school groups and safety is a big factor. Empire's buses have always been in great working condition, clean and on time to their pickup and destination. I would highly recommend Empire and will continue to use them as our primary bus company

Very safe ride, driver was great, bus was cleaned daily. Never had timing problem. I Will definately use this company again and again.
