Our experience with them was fair. We were told they would stop every 3-4 hours for bathroom breaks and we found ourselves waiting 7-10 hours! We had over 100 high school students plus chaperones. The drivers kept saying they would look for a rest stop, but somehow they never found them! On the way home we decided to locate them ourselves and force them to stop at gas stations when needed. They weren't happy about it. Also, we were told there would be wifi and not one bus was equipped with it.

I am very, very disappointed in the service that we got from our bus driver Janet, who drove us from Tempe, AZ to San Diego on February 22nd and from, Arrow Stage Lines, as an organization. I don't know how long Janet has been driving but on the regular road, her driving was very jerky and she missed the exit to the freeway. We turned around and hit a curb and already I thought that this trip was not off to a good start and had a lack of confidence in Janet's driving skills or knowledge of working a bus. When we finally got to San Diego, I caught sight of her personality. Usually on turn-around trips we are able to stop for breakfast and get back to the bus to leave any belongings we don't need there. We were not able to do such as we were dropped off at the zoo where there were no breakfast places around. I was forced to bring extra items with me because we were not able to get back to the bus. This caused a lot of us to take a little more time deciding what we needed to take with us. Janet rudely yelled at us to hurry up because she needed her 8 hours of sleep. Well maybe if you had the time to take us to a proper breakfast place and allow us to come back to the bus we would be quicker. When it was time to leave the zoo she came late and again she yelled at us to hurry up and get into the bus. There are 50 of us, of course it's going to take time! Excuse me mam, we are your clients and if you want us to use your company again, we should be treated better. You should be running on our time, not us running on your time. Then the worst happened. 20 miles from Yuma, the bus broke down and Janet had no idea what to do or how to fix it. Does Arrow Stage Lines check the bus before going on a long trip? We found out the bus's battery had died and we were pulled over at the side of the interstate where it was pitch dark. Our chaperone was the responsible one who called every other bus company to try and get us and the sheriff to help us out. Janet on the other hand had no idea how to handle the situation and even told our chaperone not to be making calls. When she did try to do something by trying to call her headquarters no one answered and there were no buses in Yuma to get us. She also rudely told us to be quiet when she was on the phone and when someone asked if he could use the restroom she complained that that would require her to start up the bus. (Which was possible) Shouldn't there be some sort of system should something like this occur? We ended up being pushed from behind by the sheriff to a closed gas station and waited 3 hours in the cold for a bus from a different company to come get us. We did not arrive home until 3:30 am when we were supposed to arrive at 12. Thanks for Janet's lack of professionalism and thanks Arrow Stage Lines for your reliable buses. Janet has no business being a bus driver.

I thought Arrow State Lines was incredible. They went out of their way for my group of 56 the whole trip, and everyone of us appreciated that. I will definitely use them again!

I booked a tour to Garden of the Gods for a conference including national and international guests. The agent, Jason, was very courteous and helpful, even when we had to downsize our bus because of reduced enrollment. Our driver, Jen, was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend Arrow, and will use them in the future.

The people at Arrow Stage Lines were extremely helpful and courteous, even after I changed my itinerary a few times. The driver was on time and our trip went very well. I highly recommend this company and especially would like to thank Ken.

Arrow was right on schedule with good equipment and a professional, flexible driver (in, I will note, an unusual destination setting). There were no issues with the transportation piece of our activity -- which we certainly appreciate.

Arrow personnel was prompt on both days. The first day the bus picked up the children in Denver & dropped them off at Glacier View Ranch. Later that week they picked up the children at Camp & transported them back to Denver. The drivers were courteous & patient.

We had a large coach for our middle of July wedding make 2 trips to bring people to the wedding and then 3 trips to carry people home. I personally never even saw the coach because of my groom duties but I haven't heard one complaint. So, I assume they did a great job and I would recommend them.

Outstanding company, this event was weather dependent and rained out on the date scheduled, company was able to reschedule along with the event while coordination occurred over the holiday weekend. Great company.

The drivers were excellent and very good with the students. I would say as far as communication is concerned, from the national office, it wasn't excellent, but good. It should have been stated in the contract that the drivers needed to take breaks as often as they did. Also, some rules should have been communicated prior to boarding the bus - eg the single-sex seating arrangements. It is also ridiculous that brothers and sisters can't share seats. However, I would use this company over and over and over again. They were wonderful and the price could not be beat!

My team had a great trip down to Kansas. The driver did a great job and was very pleasant. If we need bus travel in the future we will be looking up Arrow Stage Lines.

Arrow Stage Lines provided a pleasant ride for our club trip. The driver was professional, pleasant, on time and helpful in assisting our senior members. The bus was very nice, clean and extremely comfortable. We have actually marked Arrow Stage Lines as our preferred method for group transportation. I must also give kudos to Luke Buscoe who efficiently assisted our group in setting up our trip, he was prompt with estimates, returned calls immediately and was just a joy to work with.

Everything went off without a hitch. The lady I signed the contract with was easy to do business with. Our driver was very personable and showed up on time, the bus was beautiful, the trip was uneventful. They met my expectations in every way. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was due to bathroom problems that occurred.

DEFINITELY DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I rented the bus for my 51st bday party and toured Las Vegas with 55 of my friends & it was great! Best price-perfect service-excellent driver!! A mot memorable time - I would do it again!!!

We could not have asked for better service. The bus was clean at all times, ran smoothly, and the bus driver was very helpful and courteous. Our experience with Arrow Stage Lines was the best to date that we've had with any bus charter!
